Email Writing Workshop

Goals

 

The purpose of the workshop is to teach employees and managers to write emails in business English, in an effective, efficient and eloquent way, while taking into account cross-cultural aspects and rules used in the business world.

 

We will learn the differences between different types of emails, and the right way to draft them: announcement emails, promotion, contacting a potential customer, handling an existing customer, responding to complaints, and more.

 

 The target audience of the workshop

 

Employees and managers who correspond in English frequently in the course of their duties.

Format

 

Each chapter in the workshop is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part that includes practice and personal feedback. At the end of the workshop, the employees receive a writing assignment based on the material studied, and each of them receives personal feedback.

Small Talk and Networking Workshop

Goals

 

The purpose of the workshop is to teach employees and managers the art of small talk and networking, which are a central pillar in today's business activity, while taking into account intercultural aspects and the rules used in the business world.

 

​The target audience of the workshop

 

Employees and managers who communicate in English with customers and suppliers, whether in phone calls, video or face-to-face meetings.

 

Format 

 

Each chapter in the workshop is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part that includes practice and personal feedback. Throughout the course of the workshop, the employees practice and experiment in different situations, accompanied by a personal feedback from the teacher.

Cultural Competence Workshop

Goals

Teach employees and managers the cultural aspects used in the business world, with the aim of strengthening relationships with customers, building trust with colleagues and suppliers around the world, and receive practical tools to implement in your daily work with people around the world.

Employees and managers who communicate in English with customers and suppliers in different countries of the world.

 

Format

Each chapter in the workshop is divided into a theoretical chapter and a practical chapter that includes practice and personal feedback. Throughout the course of the workshop, the employees practice and experiment in different situations, while providing personal feedback from the teacher
